President Tinubu to swear in seven new ministers today
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to swear in seven new ministers tomorrow, Monday, November 4, 2024, at the State House in Abuja.
This move follows a major cabinet reshuffle aimed at enhancing government operation
The newly appointed ministers are:
1. Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda: Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction
2. Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi: Minister of Labour and Employment
3. Bianca Odinaka Odumegwu-Ojukwu: Minister of State for Foreign Affairs
4. Dr. Jumoke Oduwole: Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment (Trade and Investment)
5. Idi Mukhtar Maiha: Minister of Livestock Development
6. Yusuf Abdullahi Ata: Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development
7. Dr. Suwaiba Said Ahmad: Minister of State for Education
These individuals were cleared by the Senate last week, paving the way for their inauguration. Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, made the announcement.
