CORONA VIRUS: BRT REDUCES NUMBER OF PASSENGERS TO 42

Primero boss, Mr. Fola Tinubu has announced that henceforth the BRT Busses will convey not more than 42 passengers.
In an exclusive interview with our correspondent, Mr. Tinubu stated that the buses on a daily basis will be disinfected while protective gears for all staffs that are interacting with commuters have also been provided.
“In other to reduce the risk of Covid- 19, We have already started working with the Lagos State Government on the possibility of disinfecting the bus shelters daily. Provision of an hotline for passengers in case they have questions or concerns is also being put in place as we speak.
” We will deploy, in all our shelters information pamphlets for commuters on this virus
and continue to monitor the situation while we also come up with other initiatives as situation warrants.
“I would like to advise commuters to be patient and work with us to ensure their safety and our staff safety also.” Mr. Tinubu stated.
He added that a formal press release will be out soon.
On measures taken to protect the bus terminal staffs, He responded that masks, hand gloves and sanitizer have been distributed to them to keep them safe while other measures are in top gear.
