Critical voice News mourns Corporate Media Manager , Abdul Imoyo

The management and staff of Critical Voice Newspaper, one of Nigeria’s leading media platform has expressed shock at the death of a seasoned Journalist and a resepcted Corporate Media Manager Abdul Imoyo . Until his death , Abdul Imoyo was the Head of Media Relations , Access Bank . He breathed his last in the early housrs of Sunday 17th December 2023. According to a Family source, Abdul Imoyo died after a brief illness at the First Cardiology Hospital ,Ikoyi, Lagos.
The Publisher of Critical voice newspaper , Prince Sola Ajibola said Abdul’s death was “shocking and devastating ”

As the head of media relations at Access Bank, he was not only a pillar of strength for the organization, but also an inspiration to every member of the team.
Words fail to capture the essence of our late friend’s character and the impact he made on those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. His unwavering dedication to his work was evident in every interaction, as he tirelessly worked to enhance the reputation and image of Access Bank through effective communication strategies.”
Prince Ajibola also described Abdul as a true master of his craft, with an innate ability to navigate the complex world of media relations effortlessly.” Abdul possessed an exceptional talent for fostering strong relationships with journalists, ensuring that Access Bank’s stories were accurately portrayed in the media. Through his sheer brilliance, he effortlessly showcased the bank’s commitment to excellence and social impact.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, he had a heart of gold. He was always there to lend a listening ear or offer a helping hand to anyone in need, regardless of their position or background. His warmth and generosity of spirit left an indelible mark on the lives he touched.”
Ajibola said Abdul would always be fondly
remembered for his mentorship , leadership and friendship ” i will remember him as a mentor, a leader, and a friend. His passion for his work was contagious, inspiring those around him to constantly strive for greatness. He went above and beyond, ensuring that his team felt supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
Today, as we mourn his untimely departure, we choose not to dwell on the sadness of our loss, but rather celebrate the incredible impact he made during his time with us. His legacy will continue to shine through the lives he touched, the lives he inspired, and the memories he left behind
