JUJU USERS ARMED ROBBERY GANG ARRESTED IN CALABAR

Three suspected robbers, Chukwuemeka Obi, Peter Nnazode and Ifeanyi Ebama who were apprehended in calabar for allegedly using juju to hypnotise their victims before dispossessing them of their belongings are presently at at the detention facility of the Anti-Cultism and kidnapping Squad, Cultural Centre in Calabar,Cross – Rivers state.
The suspected 3man gang who were said to have been caught when their juju failed after trying to rob an individual whom they had trailed from a bank( names withheld) after make huge withdrawals.
According to the police, the three – man gang confessed that they started the business three months ago and have only been using their juju to trail and rob bank customers who withdraw large sums of money in the banks.
One of the suspects, Ifeanyi Ebama explained that they specialise in patrolling within the premises of banks in Calabar metropolis to monitor individuals who come out of the banks with huge sums of money either on nylon bags, Ghana-Must-Go bags or big envelopes.
“We use a well-shaped rod in opening car doors and breaking glasses to cart away the money while we also use our juju to hypnotise people who go to withdraw large sums of money from banks but we were caught on 17th when our juju failed to work on somebody that we wanted to rob.” The suspect narrated.
The security operatives also discovered that the robbers have similar body marks, close to their shoulder and behind their back; making it suspicious that the robbers operate a cartel of voodoo armed robbers but the robbers denied the allegation and said they are the only three in the business.
However, the suspects looking remorseful have been asking for forgiveness with a promise to turn a new live if they are pardoned.
Recovered from them is a sienna vehicle which they allegedly used to trail members of the public from banks and a rod used in opening car doors that they want to rob.
